Delivery & Returns

1.Process:
 
As Sentire skin products are handmade in small batches, please allow up to 3 days to process.
2. Order and Shipping:

i. After you have placed your order, a receipt is automatically emailed to you verifying the purchase to the address provided during transaction. This receipt does not constitute as a contract, orders can be cancelled at any due to transaction not being authorised, insufficient stock or any other reason Sentire deems fit. Once purchase has been placed and shipped, it can not be refunded. 

ii.  If you have been charged after your order has been cancelled on our end, please send a copy showing the charge (i.e a bank statement) to our email to confirm, then a refund can be provided for the amount paid. As products are made in small batches, we try our hardest to produce and post as efficiently as possible, please note it can take up to 14 business days to receive your purchase. This does not include weekends or bank holidays, orders are shipped through the Post Office or using Hermes. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders please bare with us, we aim to post your products to you as soon as they are made and packaged. iii. Orders are sent as standard 2nd class delivery via Royal Mail and can take between 3-5 days for delivery. Fast track delivery, that will take between 1-2 days for delivery, excluding weekends. Weekend delivery is sent via special delivery and costs £12.40 (Royal Mail). We understand the expense so we do not offer weekend next day delivery due to cost.

iv. Pickup for orders is available if you are based in Birmingham UK, this is free of charge. You can check this option at checkout, please drop us a message on our instagram page @sentireskincare with a copy of your order confirmation for a quick response to arrange a delivery location after placing your order.                                                                                                                    

v. International shipping is available, if you can not see your country listed during check out please email us at info@sentireskincare.com. Once your purchase has been posted Sentire is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. If product(s) is received damaged please send us a clear photo to info@sentireskincare.com as soon as you receive it. If international postage requires additional postage, the customer is 100% responsible for the custom charge. 

We are NOT responsible for missing or misplaced packages. Sentire will not be held responsible for any missing or misplaced orders, nor are we liable to replace said missing orders. 

 

3. Return Policy 

As Sentire is a skin care brand, our products are therefore none refundable. We do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on any of our products due to hygiene and safety reasons. If you have any further enquires, please feel free to emails us at info@sentireskincare.com. If you receive your order damaged or broken please send us an email with photos within 48 hours of receiving your package, we can then come up with a solution. 

 

4. Gift Cards

Sentire gift cards are E-gift cards and to be only used on Sentire skincare products. Gift cards cannot be reloaded with more money. Gift cards cannot be refundable or redeemable for cash. The funds have an expiration date of 1 year from date of purchase. Gift card will be sent to you via e-mail with the gift card code, please keep this safe as reissuing may be difficult. We are not held responsible for funds expiring or no use of gift card after expiration date. Remaining balance(s) cannot be transferred to another gift card.
